a. Payment: All payments are processed securely. Payment details, including credit card information, are not stored on our servers.
b. Refunds:
You can receive a refund within 7 days of purchasing a theme or plugin, Refund will not be issued after 7 days whatsoever. However, Refunds will be issued only if you’ve first worked with our support staff to resolve the issue.Please contact us for a refund if you meet the following conditions:
Item doesn’t work properly
We can’t get the theme to work properly on your server
The product is “different from the description”
This policy does not cover refunds for the following cases:
Missing feature/s
3rd party conflict
Discovering a better alternative
Customer changed their mind
4. Support and Updates
a. Support: We provide support via our Support Portal. Response times may vary, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control.
b. Updates: We strive to keep our themes compatible with the latest WordPress versions. We are not offering support for Internet Explorer for any of our products at this moment. Product updates are available to our paid users up to a certain period of time mentioned in the product description. But you can still use installed products (themes and plugins) even when your support validity expires.
