Refund Policy

You can receive a refund within 7 days of purchasing a theme or plugin, Refund will not be issued after 7 days whatsoever. However, Refunds will be issued only if you’ve first worked with our support staff to resolve the issue.Please contact us for a refund if you meet the following conditions:

  • Item doesn’t work properly
  • We can’t get the theme to work properly on your server
  • The product is “different from the description”

This policy does not cover refunds for the following cases:

  • Missing feature/s
  • 3rd party conflict
  • Discovering a better alternative
  • Customer changed their mind
